Flu Season a Especially Challenging Year
This is a timely message because we are facing a very real health risk this
winter - - - the flu. According to the latest news stories, and some
government agencies, we need to prepare and protect ourselves and our families
from these new virulent strains of flu. Probably the single most important
thing that anyone can do is "keep your hands clean" - - - wash your hands
frequently, especially whenever you come back from being in the public, using
any public bathroom, doorknob, etc. Plus, in my medicine cabinet I always
