Highlights of October 3rd Radio Broadcast on "The Power Hour with Joyce & Dave":

Attorney JIM TURNER is representing Daniel Chapter One's legal defense against the FTC and is preparing to go all the way to the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Turner explains the necessity for citizen involvement because this is far-reaching and goes way beyond Daniel Chapter One.

120 dietary supplement manufacturers and/or sellers have come attack from the FTC/FDA.  ONLY 5 are fighting and they need our help.  Daniel Chapter One is one of the five. The other 115 opted not to fight and under extreme coercion paid hefty fines in order to stay in business and were forced to say things about their products THEY do not believe to be true.

The FTC/FDA seems to believe they have all the power in stopping someone, including manufacturers and sellers of natural health products, from SAYING anything about a product or alternative health therapy.  They are getting away with it because the general tendency is to roll-over for them.  You lose your RIGHTS when you do not USE YOUR RIGHTS.  What the FTC/FDA are doing is un-Constitutional by law.  The FDA/FTC is saying no one can say or imply anything about a product - - - that statement alone is un-constitutional in America.  The law says you need SOME evidence when speaking.  
That is why the Daniel Chapter One case will go to the Supreme Court of the United States.  And if corruption is met there, we will ban together and get the necessary legislation passed in Congress to allow “we the people” the RIGHT to purchase, and use, natural products of their choice.
